Beau Rivage Suite - East Wing

The Beachfront Beau Rivage Suite, is a lovely apartment with gorgeous sea view.

The beach is right in front and there is a large swimming pool.

The Beau Rivage apartment has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and can accommodate up to 2 adult guests. A child under the age of 2 is also welcome.

The Beau Rivage Suite is centrally located. It is next to the famous Avila Beach Hotel, several good restaurants and the city center.

For a holiday in Curacao, this is a wonderful location!

The space

The house rules of the HOA allows max 2 adults per condo. Children under 2 are welcome. Please contact us in case you bring a little one.

The Beachfront Suite has 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom, both with shower, toilet and sinks.

The open kitchen is equipped with: stove top, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, water kettle and an air fryer.

On the balcony there is a dinner table, ceiling ventilator and sun screens.

The TV has live channels, Netflix and more.

There is excellent wifi

There is a private guarded parking. There is 24/7 security.

This Beachfront Suite is on the first floor. There are stairs and there is an elevator.

With a stay of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned weekly with change of towels and bed linens.

There is airconditioner in the bedrooms and in the living room/ kitchen.

Ad there are ceiling ventilators.

Guest access

The Beachfront Suite is only for you to use. The beach and the swimming pool are shared use.

Of course we are available when you have questions or in case of calamities.

Other things to note

- Entrance to the beach and the use of the beach chairs is included

- Beach-, and bath towels, bedlinen, kitchen linen are there for you.

- With a stay of 8 nights or more there is a stay over cleaning with the change of (beach) towels and bed linens.

- There is hand soap but no shampoo or conditioner

- The WIFI is excellent

- A smart TV with Netflix, live TV from Europe, USA and Canada is in

the living room

- All the contacts are 220V and European. But we will put adapters for you!

When you have some, please bring them, then for sure you will have enough!

- There is an elevator in the building

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, never inside!

- Pets are not allowed

- No noise disturbance. Especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

- BBQ is not allowed.

- The use of 1 m3 water and 40 kWh electricity per day is included. That is average use. In case you use more, we have to charge you the extra use. Please be a little wise with the air conditioners, they us a lot of electricity. When you do that, you won't go over the free use!
