Refund policy

At Lovely Villas, your reservation is confirmed once the payment is received.

If you cancel your booking, the following applies:

More than 30 days before your check-in date: Full refund minus €100 administration fee & payment processing fee
Less than or 30 days before your check-in date: No refund possible

Changes to your booking are possible for a €35 fee, subject to availability.

We highly recommend travel and cancellation insurance to protect your trip.

If Lovely Villas must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
